I spent the last decade working in PR agencies in NYC and LA, where I learned the art of story-telling, relationship-building, effective communication, personal branding, creating thought leaders, brand strategy, and how to land earned media.

I’ve worked with a variety of clientele, ranging from successful founders, entrepreneurs, and professionals, to some of the nation’s largest wellness and self-care brands.
